The aim of this train the trainer course is to provide the learner with the core skills and knowledge to understand what makes a successful trainer. The train trainer course covers areas such as: learning styles of delegates, learning process and the training process. The course also allows the learner to create their own training courses and looks at content, timings, transfer strategies and how to present effectively.
